“Now I'm enjoying my retirement,” jokes Andrea Tiberi, who concluded his career as a professional mountain biker in 2020. Born and raised in Val di Susa, in Oulx, he quickly became the reference Italian athlete for Cross Country MTB. Italian champion in 2015, the following year he competed at the Rio Olympics representing our colours. Born in 1985, Andrea is a champion both in the saddle and in everyday life. One of those guys used to never giving up, always looking ahead with courage and determination. Sport is his life. “When I'm not cycling, I climb; when I'm not climbing, I train on cross-country skis." He has a 360 degree passion for the mountains and the area in which he grew up. “I think I have explored every corner of the Susa Valley, now that I have more time I want to dedicate myself to the other mountains of Piedmont”.
