We wanted a product that was well made, high quality, innovative and technological, handmade with the craftsmanship of yesteryear, sustainable and environmentally friendly, but above all we wanted a strong and durable bag. After a few years of trials, tests, and research, we found a material recognised precisely for its its resistance to tears and breakage. It is a ripstop nylon already used in ballistics and medicine, but which no one had used before in the bike world.

Research and Innovation
It took some time, but in the end we found the perfect material with incredible tear-resistant qualities, which even if it were to cut, impossible to tear. We chose nylon as the main ingredient of our bags because it is the synthesis of comfort and resistance. A dotted fabric called nylon 420 that makes the bags light, strong and extremely durable to the elements.
REACH certification
Technical textiles necessarily use chemicals. These are not necessarily harmful, it is a matter of making the right choices. We are concerned with the European chemical regulation REACH and have adopted it as a guideline in our work. The aim is to ensure a high level of safety for people's health and the environment. That is why we are demanding with our suppliers: we require suppliers to accept our list of banned substances and to guarantee that products do not contain banned or restricted substances.
Ethical and sustainable
Designing bags that are meant to last and not break means shaking hands with an ethical and sustainable approach to buying. We want our bags to be a forever purchasethe opposite of disposable fashion. This commitment has inspired us to consider special design choices and to patent new processes that ensure that when we create a product, it can be easily repaired.
Repairable
To make the bags easily repairable, we switched from a heat-sealed bag to a sewn bag. This has enabled us to greatly extend the life of our bags. All this requires intensive testing, both in our laboratories and in the field, years of research, intelligent design solutions. In short, we build our bags with the idea of providing for small replace ments and not a complete replacement.
Manicured seams
Are external or internal details more important? We can't answer that: we put just as much effort into finishing one as the other. From our nylon 420 dotted fabric to the stitching to the double PVC coating: everything is designed to give the bags a specific identity, making them recognisable and resistant to use for eternity.
Sophisticated design
Our aim is to design bags that meet the demands of the most demanding cyclists. Easy to fit, versatile because they are suitable for all occasions of use, with an eye on tradition, but modern in form. In short, those bags that make you ask: 'How beautiful! But where did you get them?".
Waterproof
Ours is a unique system, all our own. Our bags are sewn by hand and not heat-sealed as is normally the case with waterproof, but they are equally waterproof. We have made this possible thanks to a technical bag inside the bag that sits like a film. A new way of interpreting waterproof.
