Internode Custom - Instructions
Customised frame bags that fit your bike perfectly.
Our custom line is designed for the most demanding cyclists, for those who need to make the most of every inch of their bike. In custom bags we also pay attention to different usage needs with two types of products: Internode Custom Road/gravel and Internode Custom Adventure.

Internode Custom Road/Gravel (ZIP)
- Ultralight bag with ZIP closure system;
- allows access to the bag with great speed, both when opening and closing;
- The width of the bag is 5 cm so as not to impede pedalling;
- Bag with a ZIP (1 zipper right side): the bag has an internal vertical separator. Available for small size bags;
- Bag with 2 ZIPs (2 zippers right side): the bag has an internal horizontal separator;
- Bag with 3 ZIPs (2 zippers on right side and 1 zipper on left side): the bag has an internal horizontal separator. Only large frames available;
- An internal vertical/horizontal separator divides the bag in two. If necessary, it can be removed (for example, if tent poles or a water bottle are to be inserted);
- Two (2) reflective side bands to be more visible and for safety while riding at night or in poor visibility;
- It is possible to insert a water bag (not supplied).

Internode Custom Adventure (ROLL)
- Ultra-durable bag with ROLL closure system;
- The width of the bag is 6 cm so as not to get in the way of pedaling;
- The roll closure system completely eliminates the problems of zip durability, making the bag practically indestructible;
- Thanks to the larger access opening than that of a zip system, it allows easier access for both taking and storing objects;
- It significantly increases water resistance;
- Although the opening and closing operation is slower than opening a zip, filling the bag will be quicker and easier;
- The roll system makes the volume of the bag modular. A necessity you often have during a multi-day adventure;
- an internal vertical divider divides the bag in two. If necessary, it can be removed (e.g. if tent poles or a water bottle are to be inserted;
- Two (2) reflective side bands to be more visible and for safety while riding at night or in poor visibility;
- It is possible to insert a water bag (not supplied).
Before we begin
- Your bicycle
- A ruler or tape measure
- Camera or cell phone
Step 1 - Prepare the bike
First take your bicycle by leaning it against a wall (preferably white or at least clear and uniform so that the silhouette does not blend in with the background).
- The bike should be photographed at the crankset side (gear side);
- The bicycle must be vertical;
- Make sure you are in a well-lit environment;
- The orientation of the photo should be perpendicular to the bike. Photograph while sitting or squatting (see photo step 2);
- For FULL FRAME bag: Remove water bottles, water bottle holders and any other accessories attached to the inside of the triangle (such as pump);
- For PARTIAL bag: leave mounted water bottles that you want to integrate with the bag to show bulk;
- For both solutions, leave any other bags (e.g., Top Tube and downtube bags) mounted so that you can see the attachment points and can integrate with those of the bag under construction.
Step 2 - Position yourself
Now, place yourself about 2 meters away from the bike.
Step 3 - Take 1 full photo of the bike
Take the first picture where you can see thewhole bicycle.
PS. No wide-angle photos.
Step 4 - Take 1 photo of the bike triangle
Take the second photo where you can see the entire triangle.
No wheels, the handlebars and the saddle.

Time & Costs
We all know that a project realised with precision and quality, especially 100% made in Italy, takes time and skill.
The time needed to make the bag can be between 20/40 days, also depending on the season.
The cost* is:
220€ - bag with one ZIP or a ROLL;
235€ - bag with two ZIPs;
250€ - bag with three ZIPs.
*Excluding shipping costs.
30% down payment at the beginning of work and the balance upon completion of the bag.
