This is why we DO NOT produce bags intended to last one or two seasons: we produce them to offer you high performance and guaranteed fun for as long as possible.
We make Miss Grape bags to last a lifetime and that's why we apply such an extensive form of guarantee.
We guarantee to you, the original purchaser, that this product will be free from defects in both materials and workmanship for as long as you own it.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or improper care of the product.
(Sorry, no free repairs if you've fed your bag to bears or cleaned it with a flammable substance.) Please note that this warranty excludes damage to the zipper.
Now we come to the official part: all Miss Grape Products are rigorously tested to ensure that the outdoor equipment you trust meets our strictest and most rigorous standards.
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your Miss Grape product (the “Product”), and this problem is caused by defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship, Miss Grape will obviously repair or replace of the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions set forth herein.
If you have a second hand Miss Grape Product, unfortunately this service is not applicable.
This guarantee applies exclusively to the first purchaser of the Product, or to anyone who received the latter as a gift.
If you intend to request the granting of the guarantee, know that it only covers manufacturing defects.
We are sorry but the warranty does not cover damage due to improper use: for example the transport of inappropriate objects, negligence, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, wear of the zipper, damage due to transport, the use of the bag as a sled.
Another thing to remember is that the warranty provided here is limited to the value of the Product.
So, the tent you brought with you will not be covered by us if you threw your bag down a ravine.
Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded.
Good news: the warranty is valid worldwide and we allow you to have your Product repaired by sending it directly to our office in Italy.
However, do not forget to keep the original purchase receipt if you want to request the application of the guarantee.
Also pay attention to any unreliable repair practices performed unofficially, as improper or incorrectly performed maintenance and repairs will invalidate this warranty. Miss Grape will pay for any such repairs or replacements, as well as the costs of returning the Miss Grape Product to you.
In the event of replacement of the Product, if the Product is no longer available, we will find a suitable and equivalent Miss Grape product for you. Manufacturing specifications are subject to change without notice.
Inspect your Product immediately after it has been handled by anyone else.
If it is damaged in transit, file a claim with the shipping company (which is insured against damage to your product) at the place of arrival, and if possible, before customs clearance is carried out.
