Myanmar, once known as Burma, is a truly beautiful country. It has recently been opened, albeit with limitations for some areas, to tourism. It is a country still not contaminated by mass tourism and wonderful to visit.

There are truly places that alone deserve a visit in Myanmar, such as Inle Lake, the city of Bagan (or Pagan) Mandalay and many others. It is a country full of naturalistic surprises and great historical and religious tradition. The country is Buddhist and permeated by Buddhist culture. The largest book in the world is interesting, the sacred text of the Tripitaka, engraved on marble tablets in the Kuthodaw pagoda. And even if the roads are in poor condition it is worth visiting especially with the slow pace of bikepacking.

The following is the story, a bit jokey as usual, of the trip I took with Armando Lanaro and my cousin Marco Borroni of the "Age is not a limit" group!

The video can also be viewed in 4K for those with a fast connection.
