missgrape.net orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the original delivery date.

The return costs €3.90 for Italian territory, while for all other countries it is the responsibility of the sender. You can return all or part of your order if you have purchased multiple items. All returned products must be intact, without signs of use and complete with packaging, labels, manuals and any other element included in the original packaging. If any of these conditions are breached, we may decide to refuse the return.

We can only accept purchases made directly from missgrape.net . If you purchased a Miss Grape product through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly to arrange the return.

Return procedure:

1. Fill out the form on this page, complete with all the requested information.
2. If you want to make a replacement, we will in any case issue a refund and you can purchase the product you want at a later time.
3. You will be sent an email with the return label to attach to the package.
