We classify the bags in two conditions:
EXCELLENT CONDITION 💎
Like new. Very little (or no) signs of use. Bag complete with all original accessories, ready to use.
GOOD CONDITION 👍
Light signs of wear (e.g., small abrasions or creases), but perfect structure and functionality. The bag also comes complete with all accessories.
Some Second Hand items may have the same commercial name but different technical characteristics, for example:
– Waterproof versions (100% waterproof)
– Water Resistant versions (water resistant but not completely waterproof)
The difference is always indicated in the product title, or in the description, when applicable. We recommend reading the title carefully and, if in doubt, contact us before purchasing.
No. The images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the item received. The specific conditions are always indicated in the product description.
Yes. All Second Hand products come with all original accessories, as if they were new.
Yes. You have 14 days to return the item if you are not satisfied. We cannot guarantee an identical replacement, but you will receive a full refund according to our return policy.
Yes. All second-hand products are covered by the legal guarantee for defects of conformity.
Second-hand bags also benefit from the Miss Grape Lifetime Guarantee, valid for manufacturing defects, just like new products.
