Ultracycling is normally a solitary sport, but on rare occasions, after 1,000 endless kilometers of suffering, you end up competing for the podium in a sprint. It's these sudden emotions that make us love this sport. That our own Sofiane Sehili is just a minor detail, because after a battle with Omar Di Felice like the one we saw at the Transpyrenees, the standings are just black letters on a white sheet of paper; the hugs between the contenders are the real trophy.
